GMD worked with client napkin sketches to develop CAD models through surface modeling and digital clay sculpting. Small scale maquettes were produced for client approval prior to proceeding to fabrication.   Internal structure and composite design was developed and shared with design teams through Shop drawings.  For composite fabrication, tooling ranged from soft one time tooling to hard tooling for resin infusion for structural parts.  Fiberglass parts were metalized with bronze, chrome, brass and aluminum.
