LARGE SCALE INDUSTRIAL TOOLING

Using client data for satellite payload fairing for Falcon Nine rocket launches, GMD developed trussed steel frame structure to support tooling paste for five axis milling of industrial direct tooling. Due to large milling envelope GMD was able to accomodate 47 foot long and 17 radius tooling frame.
